Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hyy I got vestibular neuritis 1 yr back...after that there is continuous clicking sound in my left ear whenever I'm talking ,exhaling..why this happening..also.when I plucking my nose and creating air pressure..left ear does not pops up.help me with next course of action.

Hello doctor, i often end up having scratchy throat due to acid reflux problem. How am I supposed to treat the throat scratchiness issue in this case? Does it auto heal or anti-allergic drugs need to be taken??

Can an ENT doctor judge that I have mouth cancer or not looking at my ulcer which is not going away for a week and its of the same size and pains very little.

My left side eye red,itching,and paining can u suggest any medicine or eye drop for better treatment

For the last two months I am facing throat pain one side, near my left tonsil, and ear pain also. Some times it feels like itching sometimes normal. I have hig DNS in my left nose also. There so infection in throat and no difficulties for swallow food and liquid. I am attaching my throat pic. Can you someone reply the reason for throat and ear pain??

I have High DNS to left in my nose. There's no infection in throat and no difficulty in swallow food or liquid. Can anyone give me a proper answer for this?

Hi My right ear is been ringing since March 7th2023 after I came home from a bike ride with my cousin Went to ENT specialist,CT PNS done It showed Deviated nasal septum, sinusitis, bulky adenoids Audiometry was done showed Mild moderate SNHL, negative ME pressure ENT doc has prescribed Monteslor Coral calcium B12 Flutiflo FT spray For30 days and follow up with another audiometry But I want to know when will the ear ringing stop? I used to take inderal la 20mg, since Dec2022, stopped in April, then etizola plus 5, stopped in May, now only on Monteslor and coral calcium B12 Pls suggest something as what can I do to solve the problem, facing sinus issues as well with blocked ears and congestion and blocked nose while sleeping I've been meditating and doing pranayam since 2 months ,it has stopped anxiety completely But want something to be done (Reports  done in March 2023 are attached below )

Hi, I had sinusities surgery on 1st April 2023 I have recovered but today while speaking I was feeling uneasy and when I coughed a piece of phyghm mucus came from mouth. I felt very uneasy. Even while sleeping if I switch sides I feel my nose very heavy. Could you please advise.

Left ear seems to be infected. It's totally blocked. If I close my nose & blow through it will open for a moment, but gets blocked once again. What's the cure

My baby got reccurent fever cold ,cough infection(no snoring  with little bit mouth breathing)from year .dctr suggested adenoid and tonsils surgery. Surgery completed on April 12 2023 in care hospital hdy.but still my baby getiing snoring at nights and daily 4 to 5squezes.why snoring coming plz suggest me.
