Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

In monsoon, as soon I wake up I have continuous sneezing and running noes. It for 30 minutes.Please advise.

Hello Doctors. I got vertigo in May 2022. From that time my general physician family doctor suggested me to take Stemetil md 5mg daily. It's been a year I am taking this medicine. Now since 1 week i am again experiencing dizziness while taking Stemetil md 5mg once in night.. Now shall I switch to vertin 24mg once in day and night for 10 days? And then again reduce it to 16mg twice in morning and night ? And then Vertin 8mg twice in morning and night ? Please help. My doctor thinks I am having meniers disease but I don't have ringing feeling in my ear. He has suggested me to do PTA and caloric test. Shall I go ahead ?

My 5yr old daughter had cold cough10  days back.now she is ok .has little cough.from morning she is complaining of ear pain.can it be because of cold .is there any ear drop which can be used

Sir last year I use nasal drops and sprays and after that I lost my air sensation don't feel air in nose dry nose numb nose...why this happen sir can they heal with time it's 20 months for me without sensing air

When i normally lie down in bed while i am awake why i feel chocked throat i have nasal obstruction with allergy rhinitis does it related to it taking nasal spray and tablets at night i did cect scan for neck all normal why is this happening no running nose no sneezing and one more thing when i deep breath in from mouth then also i feel tight throat

Painless small lump behind my ear very hard to touch feels very strong and hard. Is not flexible and does not move.

I just noticed today there is a small bump very little round kind of bump in back side of my neck Should I be worried ? It's the place where my finger is pointing there is no bump at another side

I have been having these issues every one to two days for the past two months.I always take either a citrizin or a histrafree M tablet whenever such issues emerge.but now that is also not working, can you advise which doctor I should see and how to resolve this issue?
