Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have noticed a round spot on the hard palate of the mouth of my daughter. she is 3 years old. Pls tell me is it fine ? she don't have any other symptoms. i am attaching the pic of the same.

My son has 10 year old, he has problem with wheezing . some times coughing gets sever needed to give nebulizer for relief. Due to weather changes cough episoded get frequent. Please guide me how to proceed with mediation.

I started vomiting because of indigestion and after vomiting blood came with the cough, it was darker in colour, and sometimes if I had a constant cough,small amount of blood started coming and after that it was ok, and today it was more than usual. Should I personally consult a doc?

Dear doctor Iam a professional singer and also a professional Mathematics teacher. Yesterday I had a bhajan program and my vocal chords become swollen and upper range of my voice is not clear. This type of problem often happen to me when there is a bhajan program. Now my next bhajan program is on next Sunday. And I want my old voice back. Currently iam taking steam, hot water resting my voice. My question is can I also take some muscle relaxant medicine to recover early. Or any other medicine for treating this issue. Tsh levels are high but weight loss happening Normally when tsh levels are high body weight of the person become less but she is lossing weight . How it is possible ? Her tsh level are 25mIU/L
