Hello doctors I have been prescribed with Azithromycin 500mg for 5 days Dolo twice a day for 3 days And betading gargle 4 times a day Today I took second dose of antibiotic but no relief and is very much painful Just wanted to know am I going correct and what all precautions to be taken Is ia strep throat or anything else? I have stone below my tongue ,in the pipe where the saliva flow , it is movable, it might be 0.5 cm , Its been 4-5 years since I have this stone , back then my gland swells but after some time I manually started moving the stone with the help of my finger and flow of saliva continues what should I do sir , is there any procedure other than surgery, please help.
