Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Nasal congestion daily for long back shifts sides s now using spray No snoring Eyes feel burning and tired Sleep is not good Anexity If I look into nose I see enlarged tissues

No snoring Nasal congrestion from long time which shifts sides Sleep problems like more dreams and racing thoughts in mind when sleeping No refreshing sleep Anexity and stress Consulted both ENT and pulmonologist ENT said GERD Pulmonologist said allergic rhintits Using mentokulast and levocitrizine Fluticasone furoate nasal spray but sleep is not getting better Pns ct is done and it's normal Have subtle deviation to right ie light dns My sputum or mucus  is going back from nose to throat Breathing issues when sleeping is not there now

I feel both ear pain when woke up in morning ,feel liquid in ear , when beard grow pain also feel behind ears also

I am having ulcers all over my mouth, throat and lips. This is the first time it happened to me. Please suggest me what should I apply. From last 4-5 days i am not able to eat or speak properly.

Leakage water from ear  last 2 weeks , and  consult with ent specialist doctor , he said eardrum is break and give some medicines . But till now leakage water from ear Please suggest what we do

7 days back I started feeling pain in my throat, then after two days I found that i have ulcers on my throat area and at night time i got fever, and felt cold, then ulcers kept on increasing day by day, now the situation is that I am ulcers in my whole mouth, on my lips and one outside the below the lip area. Please suggest me what should I do or not, what may be the cause, is it a serious problem, because the pain is unbearable now.

Can someone one explain this of my report CT brain:  Mild S shaped deviation of bony nasal septum noted with impingement of bilateral inferior  turbinate. There is atrophy of right middle turbinates. Minimal mucosal thickening noted in  left maxillary sinus.

Sir/mam in class 11 for about 4-5 months I was involved in watching web series by using earphones with a little bit loud noise .  In between were only few days of gap but whole day i watched web series and all this went on for 4-5 months as I said. So my query is would it have cause any permanent damage to my hearing capacity of ear. Pls reply I will be very thankful to u is the damage recoverable 🙏🙏??

I have an pharyngitis yesterday I have consulted an Ent they said I have an pharyngitis he has given some antibiotic of cefoclox xl , hifenex-p for 5 days nd said that it will get cure. Now my temperature is 99.0 and I'm having a internal heat from my nose and throat and little bit of headache why after taking the antibiotic still I feel this symptoms did I have some other problem I can't able to drink normal water ?
