1. Pain and inflamed throat 2.painfull swallowing of food 3. Tightness and pain in neck & upper shoulder region 4. Heaviness in voice 5. Burning sensation in tongue and mouth after eating or drinking anything

I have LPR reflux past 8 years on off when it kicks in its just kill me with pain in throat now i am at the peak of the pain past 7 months my pain is everyday i have throat neck pain only LEFT SIDE OF MY THROAT. the pain is so severe that i m not able to communicate more than 10mins. If i scream i just sit down holding my throat so much pain. Am i gonna die? Pls help me ...my ent is just tell me to do excercise and give me PPI it doesn't work now. Help pls help i dont wanna die

I have been suffering from hypothyroidism . My Current TSH is 8.638 , T4 is 1.08 and T3 is 3.69. Since April I am feeling brain fog. Throughout the day it feels that there is some pressure on my head . I am unable to focus too. Currently I am taking 1 thyronorm tablets of 50 mg each day . Please suggest me how to reduce this brain fog beacuse this is affecting my life very much .

I have with your blessings and advices curtailed my fear for months now but yesterday while getting a haircut, a barber along with spraying water on my hair, sprayed water all over my face too and I could feel the water in my nose. After haircut I requested him not to use blower on my face, but even then he put the blower straight in front of my nose and mouth and I could feel the air throw strongly in my nose. That has me worried that the strong air throw might have driven any water in my nose further up the nose. Here, they use underground water from tanks or even if municipal water it is also from tanks that are hardly cleaned and are not chlorinated. Can I get N Fowleri infection or PAM? Can I take Azithromycin or any medicine to prevent PAM or I can only pray, wait and watch? I had taken paid consultation as well in the past, but am short on money since 2-3 years. I request an ENT or an infectious disease expert too to please advise.
