Nasal treatment
Hi, I recently visited a ENT doctor and he suggested the prescription attached and CT scan. He suggested to undergo nasal operation, please check the reports and let me know if the operation will be helpful, as due to the mucus formation and allergies (he suggested I am allergic), it is causing breathing issues and a little chest pain. Please advise

You have Deviated nasal septum with spur. This can only be treated surgically
