Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My baby constantly complaining about itch in ear . Few days ago I found puss inside his ear what to do

I am suffering  from blocked feeling in my left ear since two years so I get tested by an ent doctor two times and both time I had these tests which I have attached, when I showed myself for the first time I hey gave me decongestants and this time decongestants and cognix plus, I want to know did I lost some hearing and can I revive it? Or nothing can be rone because I still feel blockage in left ear also both times I saw my ear drum and it is bit sucked inside, inside my ear

I am having throat issues since last 45 days Previously i have mouth ulcers pain redness and white tonsitils sore throat i have improved but not fully having sore throat still doctor says you have gerd have to clear throat again N again i have history of CHEWING PAN MASALA SINCE 6-7 YEARS RN I LEFT EVERYTHING PIC ATTACHED PLZ HELP White coating on tongue red red dots also plz help me out

DIAGNOSIS-AR,ACUTE STOMATATIS,GERD PAIN IN LOWER AND UPPER THROAT CAN'T EAT SPICY AT ALL HAVE TO CLEAR THROAT AGAIN N AGAIN RED SPOTS,WHITE COATING ON TONGUE

I had this problem also early feb this year then the doctor gave me some steroids medicine and the symptoms had been reduced.Now past one week i am also facing the same issue once again. The sounds are louder in my left ear including my own. Unable to hear anything clearly over the phone from that ear. As of now no vertigo or balance problems but ear is continuously making sound like old landlines do when you pull up the receiver to your ear but in a low pitch. PTA and MRI of cp angle also done. See attached. Kindly advise what could be the reason. I am really worried. Thanks in advance.

It started to happen this morning I woke up with kind of dis balance feeling from ears felt like ears are in pressure and hearing is muffled while standing or doing basic work while standing like washing kitchen utensils, I had difficulty in sensing those noise from utensils like they are low. I have No issue while I was sitting watching video on phone I can hear clearly also I can hear noises far away, but kind of feeling edgy since this morning. Also 2 things happened day before yesterday I took shower and put shampoo for washing hairs and I kind of feel that shampoo got into my ears while washing, it didn't effected then and there but it is now. I also have mild anxiety issues so I got anxious and got pressure in back of head which may have agitated nerves there to cause this hearing feeling i don't know what is the cause and why is it happening. Please kindly help I'm a bit hypochondriac.
