Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Iam facing throat pain and left ear pain since months. I consulted ENT specialist and she did nose endoscopy .she said iam facing a problem called nasopharyngitis. After 15 days again same problem  Iam facing severe  throat pain and a white pimple formed in my left side of my mouth.Iam also observing that my heartbeat is above 95+. Could you please help me in discussing this problem

I have a white spot on right side of tounge sometimes I feel like its pain very light . I don't have any habit. I am attaching my tongue picture please check and confirm whether it is normal or something serious. Please reply me whether it is normal or something else.

Hi , I need an advice. 6 years back I have noticed two lumps on my neck few cms away from my ear . At that time I haven't treated them. They appeared after I had a open wound  which was not treated properly. Those two lumps by the time being getting reduced in swelling now they are like small movable under my skin. Googling about it is really scary. I don't have any symptoms like fever , I'm healthy. I haven't taken any antibiotics for the wound at that time. I need an advice on what to do. They are small, movable under skin. Have them for many years.

Dear doctor, I have asthma from my childhood. But it got controlled once I started taking montek, we also did allergy test. Result is I have dust allergy , pollen allergy. I ve been taking this medicine from 18yrs of age under advice of doctor. Now I m 32 still in this medication. My doubt is which is better montek or momeflo nasal spray. I need this on daily basis so which is better

Hello, My tongue is a bit white instead of pink. Every morning i will clean it with tongue cleaner, but still it will be white. Is there any issue with it?

My USG report shows my posterior triangle lymph node measures 10.5 mm x 4.2 mm is it normal ? As google say anything above 10 mm is abnormal please reply
