Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Respected doctor, wanted to have an opinion as to whether medicine is working or not for my sore throat. Today is my 2nd antibiotic day of levofloxacin 500 & is supposed to take it for the next 3 days. Currently, I feel very Minor improvement but i have attached two pictures which are of yesterday's throat condition and present throat condition. Kindly give your valuable time in checking out those and let me know whether you see any improvement? First picture is of yesterday and another is of today's throat. Thanks

I have allergic rhinitis and cough for which I m taking montelukast 10 mg at night and foracort 200 2 times with furamist nasal spray at night since 10 days. I m feeling sleepy in the day . Can i stop montek.

Hello doctor, i am suffering from a sore throat infection accompanied with allergic rhinitis and am on levoflox 500 which is being taken in the morning. For nose congestion, the doctor prescribed me otrivin spray based on xylometazoline however i already have Ebast-DC available with me so can I take it before sleep at night? Are there any interactions with the mentioned antibiotic???

I think I'm having recurring throat allergies. Few days ago I had that it got better but then today I'm feeling itchy throat again . How can I get rid of it naturally?
