Looking for a tongue tie surgery for our 2 year old girl, where I can get it done near Whitfield and what will be the estimated cost

I have ear infection. It's better now after 1 weeks medication. But today when is did follow up visit My ENT doctor gave some new medicine names otimac with composition glacial acetic acid 2%. But the package says not for sale. Doctor gave us the medicine directly without any charge. Is it safe to use this medicine?

Im getting throat itnchness daily since 1y saliva looks not much enough producing in mouth i have took anti cold tablets few months ago when i got cold, i repeated those tablets whenever about to get cold,that's the reason my cold never come fully since 1y is it's also the reason, also I have took lot of medicine since 2y because of leg pain I have,like neurology,pain killers also took stamina boost tablets,zinc, muscle building tablet, testosterone boost tablets most important is i have got back pain 2y ago, doctor was said that it's because of dehydration of body so is it causing my throat dehydration also I feel if i don't sneeze in the morning,I get head ache with throat itnchness if i sneeze in morning I don't get this symptoms i have took otrivin ,nasal spray ,acid reflux but not helped

I want to repeat mt question . My brother can not speak he is from birth speechless . he is not deaf . and we already done his hearing tests it was normal . . He also can not move tongue properly like normal person and he has a little bit chewing problem also . So does tongue problem cause to someone can not speak ?

My son 9 year old and he has tounge tie but he is doing all normal active like Clear speech good in study and normal weight and good sleep  all parameters are normal in his childhood he has no problem in breastfeeding . Please guide after that all.normal surgery require Naresh.

If someone Tongue is not moving to outside from mouth and not chewing food in normal way like other people . So can this lazy tongue  cause dumbness in adult ? This person is no deaf and no other problem but only he born dumb .

Hi doct, I had small itching behind ear on upper part. When i itched that area...i found small swell Attaching picture... Is this area of lymph node swell?? I do not have other symtoms I just noticed randomly... There is no pait which touching that... Wife checked and suspect pimple kind swell... Please suggest if this could be lymph node swell...
