Is bleeding and has white thing around maybe puss not sure around it when seen with torch light. Please tell the problem name and will consult

I feel sticky phlegm stuck in my throat. And some parts inside throat is swollen. Tonsils are reddish.  I have cold allergy. What is my disease? And what medicine will cure it? Please suggest.

I did a couple of mouth rinses with Betadine gargle. I'm currently completing a course of Almox 500, Calpol 650 and Veloz D. Just want to know if the gargle was safe please?
