I always feel something stucked in my throat, causing sore in throat regularly. Sometimes material like tonsils stone comes out after cough. There is regular formation of bulgum and thus feeling uncomfortable. What I should do?

What is this white mass below the tonsil
I have observed whitish bump or mass below my right tonsil, i am scared what it is?
Is that infection? I googled and got tonsil cancer as a result and m scared. I washed my hand and i touched it with finger, its not painful.
Please help me. I am scared. I just have a scratchy throat since 1-2 days.
