Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Dear Sir/Madam, It seems I have a stuffy nose however there is no mucus due to that I feel not like taking complete full breath, I have heard that we should use Mustard oil in nose in night 2 drops can I use the same ? Is there any harm of doing this this, it that goes in the barain also 🥺, I had taken one nasal drop after prescription and after using the same in one week problem went away but it came again. Kindly Suggest

I was taking a bath and while taking a bath water went inside my ear and and my ears ache right now And when I walk, I feel like there is water in my ear and my head is very heavy.

Hello doctor, i suffer from allergic rhinitis & the concerning symptom is of thin sticky mucus in nasal passages so i was told to take Ambroxol 75 mg OD however i am unsure as to how long i can continue to take it at one single stretch ? Because upon stoppage the symptom usually returns within 2 days & nasal sprays also do not help so if this can be used as per need or at how long at one go?

Insomnia is getting better with time and some mind relaxing techniques but tinnitus is not going away from past six months suffering from both with vivid dream. Working on sleep pattern and dreams but tinnitus is not going away both ear beeping too much especially after coming from office when I woke up it's minor at that time. Took ginko biloba increased sound now taking some homeopathy for sleep but tinnitus is not going. It's a high frequency tiiiiiiiiiiiii sound. Please suggest went to so many ents. Will it be permanent or it will go away by the time. One more thing Audiometry is fine and I have DNS also in one nose. Is there any connection between dns and tinnitus.

I have dull pin pain on right side of throat from last 3-4 days that comes and goes what to do . Is it normal.

Ita been 2 months post septoplasty i got it done from dr r balaji , chennai apollo ,but still there is issue in breathing, is it due to swelling , if yes how long will it takw for swellings to completely go, or is it due to enlarged turbinates , before the surgery i did not have any enlarged turbinates , i have been uaing saline spray regularly. can turbinates enlarge as a side effect of septoplasty

Inflation at back of throat on one side. Been a week. Needs medicine for the same. Azithromycin already taking once a day.
