Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Since a year I've been spitting phlegm out very often, especially in the morning after eating or drinking something. The food I eat is usually in the phlegm, even after an hour. It is more when I spit out the phlegm within ten minutes of eating. For example, when I drink milk in the morning, the phlegm is thick with the colour of boost/bourn vita. I rarely cough, occasionally sneeze and my nose is never runny unless I cry, but there is a little dry snot if it is picked. What could this be? The phlegm nowadays has more bubbles than yellow phlegm, and is mostly white or clear unless I've eaten.

I took chymoral forte and zerodol sp along with panD for the hand injury. I started taking since yesterday but forgot to take Pan D in the morning today. But I have taken the other two medicines as prescribed. And now after 8 hours of taking medicines. I feel somehow numb on the left side of my ear and can't listen above 14000 Hz from the left ear but can hear till 18000 Hz from the right. Can it be due to medicines side effects? Other conditions-- already have piles since 6 months .

Facing tinnitus 8 months now it is always there specially at the time of sleep and it changes it's frequency while rubbing face or moving neck MRI comes normal, sugar level is good, cholesterol is 130. Sometimes bp is high but that also comes normal after 30 to 40 mins rest. neurologist, psychiatrist, ent even tried homeopathic medicine nothing worked sleep issues as well no problem with sleeping it's just I woke up several times with dreams tried everything now running every day 4kms after coming form office and started taking cipcal 500 and mefocol plus nf together is it safe or if anybody knows any other permanent cure let me know. It's giving me anxiety in my daily routine

Respected Doctor This part of my nose has been red and slightly swollen for the past two days. This red area is very hurts. I want to know what it is? And how to fix it. thanks in advance

I've been feeling pressure in both ears and head since 2-3 days. It's very uncomfortable. I can't focus on my studies. I'm always heavy headed and also sometimes there is tingling sensation in right side of head like something is moving but no pain. Due to this I have problem in sleeping also. Adding to it , I'm currently on anxiety medication ciplar 10mg and esteem .25 mg. Is this the side effect of this medicine or other problem. Should i be worried?
