Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Dear Sir , I have a mouth ulcer inside inner check , I'm a habitual chewing tobacco person , though currently a few months I take it often. I had an attached pic ,I'm not sure if it's an Ulcer or a Canker sore or Leukoplakia or something more serious . Kindly review the pics and suggest -: 1. What does it look like it's normal Ulcer or something more serious. 2. Medication . Regards,

Hello Doctor, My father is 70 years old. He got TB 10 years back and used medicine for 9 months. It was cured. He got covid 2 years back and he is diabetic patient. My daughter is 4 years old. We stay separately and visit my home once in a year. He used to kiss my daughter and feed food while he is eating. My daughter is tested TB positive 1 month back. She has swelling in lymph nodes in neck and don't have any other symptoms. She is vaccinated with BCG vaccine. is there any chance my daughter got TB because of my father?

Hiii. I am 20 year old. I got recurring red inflamed foliate pappile on left back lateral border of tounge,  which becoming red and give little pain when rubing by tounge and go away on its own without treatment and again come . Is it common or serious. I don't have any habit.

Hello doctor I have inflamed single taste bud or papillae , on left side of tounge which causes pain while touching or rubbing by tounge which come frequently on same side same place, once in a month and go away on its own. Is it normal or something serious.
