Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi, I had sinusities surgery on 1st April 2023 I have recovered but today while speaking I was feeling uneasy and when I coughed a piece of phyghm mucus came from mouth. I felt very uneasy. Even while sleeping if I switch sides I feel my nose very heavy. Could you please advise.

Left ear seems to be infected. It's totally blocked. If I close my nose & blow through it will open for a moment, but gets blocked once again. What's the cure

My baby got reccurent fever cold ,cough infection(no snoring  with little bit mouth breathing)from year .dctr suggested adenoid and tonsils surgery. Surgery completed on April 12 2023 in care hospital hdy.but still my baby getiing snoring at nights and daily 4 to 5squezes.why snoring coming plz suggest me.

How to confirm that throat infection is viral or caused by group A streptococcus ? ... ... .. .. .. ...

I have pain in my throat since a week and there are no symptoms of cold or cough. I took ezythromycin 500mg for 3 days but nothing changed .I also do gargles but gargling doesn't reduces pain .While doing gargles I got vomiting and there is feeling like something is stuck in my throat. And I wanted to add one more thing that I have acidity problem .Please suggest me something to get rid of this pain ,as for one weak I can't see any doctor because I'm bzy with my exams .

Does really salt water gargling useful for sorethroat and tonsillitis ? And how does salt water gargling help ?

Does gargling salt water kill microorganism of throat and tonsillitis or only reduce pain ? ... ... ..

I had FT4 and TSH blood sample collected around 7 AM and report says TSH 10+. Just to re-confirm submitted blood sample at 6 AM after 2 days to a different lab. This time ultrasensitive TSH report less than 7. Thyronorm 50 mcg tratment aborted after 2nd test report. Not started yet. Only taking Meaxon plus daily and D-rise once a month. Need valuable inputs, is treatments going in right direction? Symptoms: Hair fall reduced now compared to 3 months back. Constipation, Belching. Also, FT4 & TSH tests ultrasensitive seems has consistent reports.

From past few days i have been continuously feeling some sort of tightness on my right side of the jaw. Whenever i try to open my mouth completely my jaw feels tight and i feel a pain on my right jaw along with earache inside my right ear. The happens when i try to chew. My right ear also feels clogged. What should i do?
