Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Had done septoplasty with FESS with turbinoplasty and have nose running issues and doctor has recommended to take nosal spray daily

Swelling on parotid gland from last 1.5 month,  no other system like pain etc USG report attached with treatment

Can small amount of wax on eardrum cause tinnitus ? I add wax build up in my ear and sounds are come from ear and after cleaning it reduced but doctor did not cleaned wax on ear drum after clean the remaining sound will go away?

I am having frequent nose bleeding , I went to the doctor and he prescribed me oxy spray but it didn't cure anything, have tried other nasal.sprays recommended by other doctors but it's not effective..is there any other  medicine for nose bleeding??

Hi Sir/Mam, I hear noises in my head..like movie songs and some abusing words in my head like from 5-6 years.. I felt that I have an OCD, a mental problem. But while ENTlogist check my hearing abilities with lower frequencies I got to know that I can't hear lower tone. Is hearing voices is related with this??? Please tell. Thanks!

Hello , i had septoplasty and adenoidectomy  ( no turbinoplasty) 4 months back , but still i am facing difficulty breathing although its normal sometimes , whenever i swallow it feels mucus going inside throat, this mucus is causing difficulty in breathing , on physical consultation with a local ent,on examination he says my recovery is well , and nasal passage is clear, he then said that my nasal passage is completely clear, he then gave me fluticasone ft spray fir 1 month... please suggest me what should be done i feel this mucus id causing a problem for me as i feel mucus running down throat on swallowing... PLEASE SUGGEST WHAT SHOULD BE DONE , should i use STEAM inhalation and ehat other measures should be taken , please guide me through thid tough times.

Hi..Since last 1 month I'm having problem of air entering into right ear frequently and blocking it(like flight journey)..After sometime(2-3 mins,max 5 mins),I'm feeling normal again.. Please tell me what is the cause behind this???(I'm attaching my 2015 reports)... I also have left sided DNS , right maxillary sinusitis,right middle nasal turbinate has concha bullosa and right inferior nasal turbinate is hypertrophied(Test done in April 2023).. Kindly help me

My husband is getting pain near ear , when we consulted dental care they said it's because of wisdom tooth which is not come out fully. The pain is rare occasions ,don't know hows it's getting triggered. Can this be treated with medicine or should we take it out. Please help Also which specialist we should consult.
