Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Please tell me what is there in my report and what needs to be done for the same..Im having problems like blocked nose with fishy smell ,head ache,sneezing etc..

There is a lump in left side of nose . Googled it and found out that it is a polyps. Currently it is not causing any issue , should we treat it asap ??

I am having pain inside right ear and right side of my head as well. Earlier when I put my finger inside my ear and pressed a like in the downward part, it pained me. My forehead also pains and sometimes back of my head too (all right side). What is the reason behind this and should I do to get relief from this pain?

Hi doctor, Hope you are doing well ! I smoke around 7-8 cigarettes per day. But I decided to quit this habit and I am taking the help of Nicotex chewing gums. I need some suggestions from you regarding how can I completely quit this thing and what all things can I do to reduce the effect of cigarettes on my lungs. Also it would be very helpful if you can suggest me some medications or some home remedies for this.

It started with a fever and ear pain. The fever went away but the dry cough started. For fever and ear pain..i took zerodol sp and dolo. I also combined it with montair lc at night. Since yesterday dry cough creating a lot of issues. I am continuosly coughing which is making breathing difficult. I have done gargle as well as i am taking Cufrio dx syrup but still i didnt get any relief. I have severe pain in my throat right now.

Actually, my doctor prescribe "Amoxicillin and potassium calvulalanate and levocetricizn tablet for ear fugus infection. May i take these simultaneously ??  i skip to confirm from doctor

I've been hearing a rhythmic whooshing sound in my left ear since the last 15 days after travelling in a plane. 5 minutes after descending I could hear this sound in my ear and it hasn't gone away. I went to the ENT and he's put me onto Mucolite, Kinetozyme and Montair. I did audio tests and I am attaching my results.. they found fluid in both my ears.. attaching my reports.. Also, I have some nasal congestion.. tickling feeling in my ear and I have ear pressure and mild headaches off and on.. I am also having Vertin as it has made my existing BPVV worse. And the sound in my ear stops upon pressing my neck. How do I make the sound stop? And when will it stop?Please advise.

Suddenly feeling humming sound inside my ear , very difficult to concentrate on things .please provide medication for this .to suppress this effect
