I'm doing valsava mavover the poppiing sensatiin not properly done in left ear. The tightness occur in left ear bone. I have tried everything still the poping sensation is not properly done in left ear. I think the EUSTACHAIN tube blocked chrnocially. Due this blockage only the Tinitus us happening what I do now.
