Left side Throat pain

Asked for Male, 33 Years

Dear sir, I have left sided throat pain when drinking water and swallowing residue , since 3days I have taken then medicin only once after dinner at bed time "Montelukast and Desloratadine tablet" But not control please suggest me the God medicin Thanking you
