Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am 38yrs old. I have lot of ear wax in my left ear. Can I use clear wax drops? Please help me with the dosage and number of days to use it. I have to travell by air next week.

I have 2 different types of tounge spot on right side of tounge, one is from last 6 months and they doesn't pain, but sometimes I feel little itching. I don't have any habit. I have gone to doctor but they said it is normal. Is it normal or something serious because it is from last 6 months. I am attaching my tongue picture of different as spot. Please reply is it normal or something else.

Good evening. I have small black dots and spots on right side of tounge. It doesn't pain but it itches and some time I feels that tiny dots are increasing. It is from long time. I don't have any habit. I am attaching my tongue picture. Is it normal or something else.

From past few days I feel like spining and dizeness inside head . This usually happens while I start walking or perform some work like bathing . I consulted all i.e. neurologist  orthopedic and ENT they gave following reasons a) Orthopedic : Degeneration or disk in C5 - C6 , C6-C7 b) Neurologist : Diagnosed Vertigo Syndrome. Didn't recommended MRI . c) ENT : - Conducted hearing test PTA ( 15db Rt Ear , 11 dB Lt Ear) which was fine , plus removed ear wax from right ear which was heavy from few days . Found good amount in right ear . Right now I am talking following medicine 1. Vertin 8mg 2. Stemital 5mg Now I am confused why do I feel spinning while performing anything like walking , bathing and so on . What is the main reason behind this .This is stressing me out . Kindly advise

I'm saranya from tirupati and my age is 34, I'm having allergic rhinitis but frequently I'm getting fishy smell from my nose when I'm having cold. May i know reason and how can I overcome these nose issues. Iam in dilemma that, is this sinus r allergic.Please suggest me docs.

I got ulcers in throat its been 3 months they are not healing I am allto allopathic medicine I also have a constant taste of medicine in my mouth I also got reaction due to taking an allopathic medicine for fever I was also taking a generic substitute of Telekast L I think it has caused a reaction and is stuck in my body and is not going away it feels like my mouth is scratched and I feel a stinging sensation in my throat dont know if there is some test that can find out if I have some medecine in my blood which is causing a reaction and I took the substitute in April 1 or 2 and didn't took it after that.

I was diagnosed with otitis externa today and have been put on medication + ear drops. My hearing has also decreased or become muffled. I wanted to know if my hearing return back to normal? ( dr has said that this disease is common )

For the past two months i am having this balance issues.After completimg every series of vertin its not going away... Am having vestbular neuritis issue ..i have no loss of hearimg just some issues wd balance please suggest me medicines so that i can regsin my balance

I was having pain here since morning I consulted ENT doctor 4 days ago because I was having neck pain he said everything is normal But now I am having pain in front of the neck feeling like something is inside and coughing also what should I do

I have had septoplasty 80 days back and still having difficulty breathing , why is it so , i only had septoplasty and no turbinectony so is it due to empty nose syndrome , or do i need to wait for few more days for complete recovery , i am using nasal douching ss well , is my surgery wasted??? i am very tensed. OR is it normal for recovery to take this long , i can't visit my operating surgeon as he is in another state. please guide me.
