Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I'm having throat pain since 2-3 days and tiny sores/ bump like things in the back of my throat. Blisters on the tip of tongue. Not getting taste of food and difficulty swallowing.

My left posterior triangle lymph node 5b measures 10.5mm x 4.2 mm is it normal ? I had pain and can feel it when touching but after taking antibiotics it has reduced in size and no pain but still i can feel it when i touch is it normal And is 4.2mm the short axis diameter of lymphnode ? Doctor say my lymphnode is reactive and enlarged I have chronic tonsils and bleeding gums my gums stopped bleeding after taking antibiotics I am very worried as google says it can be serious I had no fever or any other symptoms i am very anxious and cannot sleep at night Your reply will be appreciated

Hi doctor, My nose is blocked since one month I tried everything from vapour, vicks, vitamin c, antibiotics, antihistamine and defcort (steroid), otrivin and flutiways nasal spray but nothing worked. I feel very suffocating. I consulted in medical, showed to physician and even ent specialist doctor but the suffocation I'm feeling is immeasurable. Please help me

Ita been 85 days of septoplasty and misatakenly i sneezed without my mouth open , so some pressure felt on nose , is it okay. can i sneeze normally now or , should i keepy my mouthe wide open while sneezing

Hi I'm feeling swelling sensation inside lower lips on both sides. there is no pain, redness or anything. The size was very much when I was using anti fungal cream for uti infection but now it's nearly disappeared and only feel it when I stretch my lower lips using my tongue. Attaching pics. Can someone explain what it is?
