Mucous inside the nose gets dry when try to get rid of the same it's bleed also snore during deep sleeping

Does Upper GI endoscopy detact vocal cord ployp,nodule or cyst . If no, which test should i done to detact vocal cord abnormal .

Today i somehow noticed that i have two assymetrical nodes inside of my mouth. Which look like piece of muscles but they are painless and also i feel normal. Is it concerning? Or an i just overthinking???

Hi , Three Days ago after waking up in the morning i vomited suddenly but only water came out with no indigestion. After that I started feeling a bit of pain and irritation in my throat while swallowing any Solid foods. I have started to gargle from Today twice using Betadine lotion. Any recommendations to cure this pain ? It is really painful while swallowing anything.

Hello Doctor, I had cholesteatoma surgery 4 years back. My recent HRCT Temporal bone CT shows residual mucosal thickenup in middle ear cavity in the same ear. Rest everything mentioned normal. What does Mucosal thickening in middle ear cavity? Will cholesteatoma develop again? Please advise.

Hi, I am 23 years old and I have a deviated septum on the left side of my nose. I have thick mucus dripping out in my throat every now and then and I don't know the exact solution for my disease. I catch cold and cough very often mostly every other season.Many doctors advised me about medical surgery for my nose but I don't want to go for it as of now. Is there any other specific treatment for post nasal drip in my case.

Difficulty in deep breathing while sleeping. Sinus like symptoms too. Cannot understand whether it is a physiological problem or sinus related. Also, voice has started cracking when yelling

Hi It's been a month since I'm suffering from cough. Took medicines as well as cough syrup bt cough still persisted. Dr suggested me to do chest x-ray, blood sugar test, CBC, ESR, TSH test. Reports are normal. TC in CBC is elevated. Otherwise all reports are normal. This time Dr prescribed me to take bresol syrup and septilin tablet. I'm taking this medicine and feel like I'm recovering bt now I'm having runny nose from 3-4 days. Is it normal or should I go for another test? Here is my report of CBC, ESR, TSH, sugar test.

I have noticed a small area sweelling behind my right ear.. for a month . If i touch its pain, and last couple of days some time i feel pain in my top head, to back head.

My problem is when  i start taking ,my throat is becoming  tried and voice is also suddenly Hoarseness, when i take rest and drink water, voice return to normal, so i took  endoscopy for throat and oesophagus, report came as normal study (report attached).i want to know the causes of Hoarseness of voice and How to prevent it. Please advice .
