Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Fish bone stuck near the tonsil area since 2 days. Consulted a ENT he did an inspection and said the bone is not visible it must have gone inside. He said not to worry about it. Gave me a few antibiotics and betadine to gargle. He said the fish bone will dissolve own its own. Should I consult another ENT?

Having cough and cold since Wednesday. Had taken citrizen. But cough isn't gone yet. What do u recommend ?

SIR, I have tinitus in left ear + ear tightness. It all happens cause of cold from October 2022 and all the cold goes back . Post nasal drips happens continuosly. In my reports only mild dns in left nose + bilateral inferior turbinates happen. Whenever I do valsava manover then popping sensation is not properly happen in left ear. I'm addicted to do tenderness to temporal bone so i feel then ear cartilage rubbing each other. I'm feeling tightness in cartilage. I feel like that something is stitching in my ear and something mucus trying to drain but it can't drain properly.  Long time continuosly soreness in my throat in left side only where blockage in left ear or soreness in left throat continuosly. I have taken lot of nasal drops, steam inhalstion + nasal cotresteroid nothing get result. I'm also feeling that eardrum goes inside. In my mri and ct it is shown mucosal thickening in left maxilary sinus rest nothing came. Tympanometry is normal and  audiometry is normal.

From last few weeks i was feeling uncomfortable in ear .. Sometimes pain comes and goes... problem was in left ear only..Than i visited ENT doctor... Hearing test was done which was normal.. Also my ear is blocked and sometimes itch and some sort of sound is there in my ear( like when we on TV before picture comes one sounds comes..same sound).. Than doctor prescribed Mountelukast+ fexofenadie -1 daily Acetylcistine tab-2 times daily. Menthol inhaler(steam) 2 times a day.. Initially cefuroxime500-1 daily Nasal spary And ceruklin.. He told me that wax is there and few wax has been removed.. Than after 2weeks again i consulted him...as I was feeling mild pain . Than again he again examine me and told me that there is impacted wax..tried to remove by suction but couldn't...Also remove some creamy white substance from inside ear . Now he prescribed Amoxyclav 625 And Oto AC ear drop But same problem still persist...ear is blocked,and sounds continues...infact it is itching..plz help

My tympanometry shows pressure +77 in right ear and +28 in left ear. Does this dought that I have some eustachain tube dysfunction. Others symptoms are fullness in ear,unable to open tha ear,and mild vertigo.

Hi , I have Tinitus in left ear it didn't stop but slow and i have check everything no issue in mri, ct only  bilateral hypertrophy in nose and i think the the infection from nose goes into air cells of mastoid bone. That's why I'm feeling some stiffness in mastoid bone + Tinitus + feeling some mucus trapped in air cells of mastoid bone. It all happens cuase of cold. Please help me. Tintus is slow but not stopped and heavyness in mastoid region

Can you please give me some advice how to get rid of pharyngitis. It seems like a chronic disease and happens frequently. I'm really tired of throat ache and getting different pills, not any effective results. Thanks for your advice in advance!

Can you please guide why my nasal bridge is showing black marks.. As if blood is inside... And dark circle and black mark on nasal bridge increases if I sleep less or goes through little stress

Sometimes I get burning sensation in throat,when I take ginger tea,carom seeds or gargling with betadine it will not be there,what's the reason why it's get ,what I noticed is whenever I take oily food or deep fried items at that time it will be getting.is oily food only reason or some other problem.
