Hellooo...I dont know wether it is Nasal polyps or something is growing in my nose both sides...During night Time my nose is getting bloc which is Difficulty in taking Breath ...kindly suggest me how can i cure or shall i go for surgery ??

Go for Ct scan para nasal sinuses. And ENT surgeon will decide to do FESS.
