Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been ear pressure and fullness but lately it also feels wet sometimes but while touching or clearing it's completely dry. There is no ear pain. I have little imbalance and nausea. Please suggest

Hi, My mom is having ILD problem and taking tablet of pulmocare, monteclc, somrazd 40. She also having CAD problem and taking tablets but from past 2 months she s having on and off ear block due to that she is getting gudiness checked ENT specialist also they are saying everything is fine and gave nozzle spray and antibiotic but then also no cure can anyone pls suggest any ear drops that can release the block all doctor saying this is bcz of cold but not given any ear drops, when my mom try to spill out mucus in throut she s getting that block which she suffering a lot, please kindly suggest any good ear drops which relief ear block (no pain, slight itching)

I am suffering daily from Sneezing, Stuffy Nose, Watery eyes. Even when i exercise, Sneezing Starts, without any Particular reasons or location my Sneezing and stuffy Nose Starts. Doctor Prescribed- Montas-L and Otrivin Nasal Spray. But after 15 days of full tapering medicine, symptoms again Starts, May I need to take Montas-L tab for life long?

I feel my throat and nose choked and snoring while sleeping with back support .My Ct scan report shows " mucosal Polyps measuring 10 mm and 30mm in both maxillary sinuses .Also lamilliar concha seen involving bilateral Middle turbinates.Nasal septrum are normal".what does it mean and what is the treatment ???

There is a lump in left side of nose . Googled it and found out that it is a polyps. Currently it is not causing any issue , should we treat it asap ??
