Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I has septo/rhinoplasty 3 months back. Ever since,i get a lot of nose boogers. How do i get rid of them safely without poking. It is ok to do nasal irrigation daily ? Or is there any alternate method?

I am 35 years female I had neck pain so visited radiologist today for neck USG. They confirmed that I have spongiform nodule in right lobe of the thyroid and likey hyperplastic nodule. Also radiologist mentioned thyroditis - Tirads 3 . Spongiform measuring 6.4 * 6*5 mm noted in right lobe of thyroid. Do  I have a chances of getting cancer?

I had redness in one side of throat and then it become sore and i experience pain when i swaloow ..usually my skin is very sensitive . Is this a canker sore or an ulcer how to prevent this ? pics attached

From 2 3 day i was experiencing pain in one side of my throat ...3 days backs it was red on soft palate and painful and after that it turned into two white like canker sores ...usually i experience tonsil stones also ... what is this sore like and please recommend remedies ...Pics attached

Facing hearing loss for past 10 years , need to maintain nerve health as good as possible due to SNHL , so kindly suggestion multi vitamin to keep never health on track .

Lower eyelid of my right eye is twitching since last 10 days. I have no eye problem so far but it started all of sudden. I am a hypothyroid patient, is it happening because of calcium deficiency or some other reason is there. Is it go away it's own if I will add some calcium and multi vitamin to my diet or I have to consult doctor please suggest.

One of my friend is having nose bleeding regularly 2-3 times a day mostly after evening for the last 2 months. She has a problem of headache as well which happens daily. Her weight is 40 kg. In the last couple of months she loose around 4-5 kg. Rest everything is ok. Please suggest what to do. Her parents are very much miser and they don't want to go to the doctor. According to them this is a normal thing . Her parents are very much orthodox. They can't let her go outside. If possible can we consult online.

Why i am having too much sputum from upper throat after having food. all the time throat irritating and cough.. sometimes suddenly below throat Tigger a sensation like burn then lot of sputum produce in throat and feel like i am going to vomit during coughing.. it is happening since 7 month.
