Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Dear doctor My son 5.8yrs now. Earlier he had nasel allerigies offen. from last 2 weeks (weekly 2 days) he is bleeding from his nose(right nostril) and happens during mid night as well. Pls suggest want steps to be taken. Regards Prashanth

I have been suffering from throat pain and difficult swallowing anytime and now I can see some white spots on tonsils visible in the image little and below also more white spots are there?? What are those? Have visited ENT, told it's nothing.. But m getting pain and difficult swallowing. Doing Salt water gargle also.. It is anything to worry more??
