Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My throat is paining for few days , i can't even swallow my own saliva and its affecting my ear and nose too . I feel like it's burning or itchy from inside. Can you please suggest me some do's and don'ts.

Hello I'm 23 yr old , non smoker , never drinks Is it possible to have tonsil stone with tonsillitis or any other inflammation ? I'm currently experiencing this out of the blew i happen to see a white hardened mass near my tonsils scrapped by myself , with a bad odour  . No tonsillitis, no difficulty in swallowing or anything . For past 2 weeks I had ice creams and curds compulsory in my diet ...could this be a cause ? ...... 1 month before I did a blood routine check ( just for RBC check )  - normal range Exactly after 1 month I'm having this . I fear that I could have contracted  any viral disease from that needle apparatus ?

Last 2 to 3 years facing problem of mucus even in summer specially during morning hours. Some times it chocks mouth and fever arise. Its bad in winter but in summer also whole day cycle it occurs specially whn in contact with direct ac air.

I had swollen lymbh nodes in right neck area. I take treatment and it's remove. But after some day I saw another lymbh node.. Dr. Again give me medicine antibiotics and again it's remove but after some day one another lymbh node swolled... I done usg guided fnac. I attached my report....please responed

Dear Doctor, Right Ear blocked regularily due to head bath water. Ear blocked,  Discomfort,  Distress, block feeling, giddness. Any firstaid or quick treatment before physical checkup. Thank you

Am currently in Germany and I hve throat pain and radiating towards ear and backside of the neck. I have visited hospital here and they have done ultrasound neck scan , and some device they have inserted into the nose and confirmed that there are no throat, ear and nose infections and there are no obnormalities found . But still my throat , ear , neck hurts a lot . What could be the reason . Pls suggest 🙏

Blocked nose, thick rubbery plastic mucus since a week. Unable to breathe properly wit runny nose , cold is not going away, no smell taste since a week.
