Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Dear Doctor, I feel like something is stuck in my throat and everytime i speak have to clear throat and then speak. Throughout day and night i feel something is stuck in my throat. It doesn't pain. But it feels very uncomfortable. I done CT scan and it says: 1. left maxillary mucosal polyp 2. deviated nasal septum to right with bony spur Tablets i am having right now is 1. Telekast F tab 2. Sompraz D 40mg 3. Nasal drops Xylomist. But no relief. I also have issue of reflux. What should I do?

I have symptoms of frequent throat clearing, a tickling throat for few years. Currently for few months my mouth and throat is feeling dry. I wish to know about some homeopathic medicine to manage my symptoms.

Hello, How long does this roof of mouth inflammation takes to disappear? I was a ex smoker been 3 months, have got a dentist checked it, he says ignore but my anxiety isn't letting me sleep. Hyy I got vestibular neuritis 1 yr back...after that there is continuous clicking sound in my left ear whenever I'm talking ,exhaling..why this happening..also.when I plucking my nose and creating air pressure..left ear does not pops up.help me with next course of action.
