Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I got ill on last Saturday evening, with throat pain, next day I get cold, cold has been cured as of now,throat has been cleared on Tuesday but throat still feels like something has in it, sound like paper while breathing, I am still doing gargle and steam, so as to avoid that, but It is not going. On Monday I cough whole day that at the end of the day, I am unable to sleep because of pain in chest and heart beat has also gone above 110 and there is slight increase in BP as well. On Tuesday, I had some difficulty in breathing of  heartbeat above 120, spo2 level was in between 94 to 96, by Wednesday my spo2 level in the night was in between 97-99, but normally it was remaining in 94 to 96. As of know, I didn't have pain in chest, heartbeat is normal but there is pain in liver, because of taking steam very hard. As of now I try to cough when I have some irritation in throat. I am not feeling thirsty as well even in Summer. I drink on my own so if there is any congestion, it get dissolved

Sir, I have Swollen Type in throat on few months but no pain and anything and Sir always i Swollling thick Mucus and Sir From Today Morning I feel one side nose blocked. And Sir The dot type on nose have from many years but I don't focus on and Now I have nasal congestion then i see on mirror i see this any serious???

I am facing this from past 3 month, I am a smoker from past 4 years and this never happened to me, Some white dots are there in my mouth and after some time it get wrose, I have attached both side picture, the plan side is my left throat and i am facing this issue on right side, as you can see in the attached image, i am really worried about this, Please let me know how i can cure this And do let me know how i can check whether it is a normal patch because i smoke or this is a symptom of mouth cancer, i have stopped smoking from past 1 week.. Kindly help in this case.. Tq

Mam/Sir for 1 year I was involved in watching movies and listening songs so my ears were quite often exposed to somewhat loud noise of movies and songs while using earphones so my query is will it have caused any permanent damage to hearing capacity of ear. I have two lymph nodes enlargement since more then 3 years .one in cervical  neck less then 1 cm and another is preaurical infornt of ear on same side . Both lymph nodes are moving but cannot be seen from naked eye .can be felt with fingers

Dear Sir/Mam, My friend quit chewing tobacco from last 4 days and he used to chew it about 3.5 years. Now he feels burning and in the mouth cut occurs which is removable multiple times when he try to remove by finger it removes and next day that again occurs.

Hello, I have these 3 ulcers coming and going in the same location every 3-4 days. It just burns for 15-20 mins and they appear and overnight they disappear as well at the same spot. They do not grow, they just appear and disappear. Can you please help me with a right guidance.

Symptoms like bells palsy when I smile express one side on face . Dizziness, eat ringing. Ent doctor tested audiogram. Result is due to noise induced hearring loss(NIHL) . Audiogram attached. Now (Deflazacort 6mg and Betahistine 8mg) tablets taken from 2 days. Still dizziness not gone. Is it bells palsy. This is due to NIHL. Or any other cause. This medication is sufficient. What is the problem. Please tell me.
