Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Sir My wife is suffering from acute sinus problem and dr. Advice for surgery. My primiary issues is that she is pregnent almost 3 months. Also i go through many dr. Of delhi but not cured sinus problem completely. I would like to know that she can get surgery such a condition . Pse advice me

Sometimes while travelling somewhere or after completing a journwy majorly ..i feel dizzy , there is gas formation, a mild vomiiting tendency is it due to Motion sickness that post travelling somewhere i feel dizzy

Should a person with eustachian tube dysfunction having dizziness,nausea and fullness in ear as symptoms should fly in air plane?? Can it be risky for the patient??

I had CT scan of PNS on 22.04.2023...My current symptoms-Blocked nose,persistent fishy smell in both nostrils,facial swelling,toothache,sometimes headache..My current medications are not helping me(Fluticone ft nasal spray,Tab Monti fx,nasoclear wash,steam inhalation with Carvol plus) Is surgery the only option left? In case,the surgery fails what will happen?(I'm pessimistic abt it because I have a history of 8 major GI surgeries(my 5th surgery had failed,that's why I had to undergo 3 more surgeries) I'm attaching my reports.. I have bacterial infections in my ears and urine that haven't been cured despite taking several courses of antibiotics. I want to continue my studies, so I plan to visit a neurologist to inquire about taking nootropics. I'm concerned whether taking nootropics could cause the bacterial ear infection to spread to my brain. Is that a possibility? Or is it safe to take nootropics in my situation?

Took a flight a month ago. And a rhythmic wind like sound started in my left ear. ENT diagnosis middle ear effusion with mild hearing loss (18 dcb) after doing pure tone auditory tests and tympanometry. Prescribed Mucolite and kinotozyme for two weeks. I also had some nasal congestion for the last 3 months after Covid. The doc said that made the congestion worse after I took the flight.. The sound started reducing after 3 weeks and it would start and stop but then again my nasal congestion got worse and so the sound started coming Back. Also, When I tug at my left ear ( with tinnitus) I hear popping or a joint cracking which causes some pain.. not all the time.. sometimes.. Doing steam inhalation everyday. What more can I do? It’s been a month since I took the flight.

After a fever for the last one month I have been facing a sore throat and ear pain one side. And i have pain in my neck in the same side. But sometimes throat feels like itchy or sometimes it's like tickling and sometimes normal. My throat is look like read for the last month. Why it's so? Pls give me a reply I am attaching my blood test results

My mother suffering from throat and head pain after so many consultations and using medicines she didn't get recovered atlast in Feb 2023 we asked doctor to take a CT scan and in that the result is elongated bilateral styloid processes. So doctor told will do surgery and remove. My mother is afraid of hospitals and she is not willing to go for surgery. Can i get second opinion on this? Is surgery must or we have any other process? If she go through surgery, is it sure she would get relief from the pain? Plzz give ur valuable suggestions. Thankyou so much in advance.

I am allergic (allergic rhinitis) to season change and that causes breathing issues, jukam (common cold, stuffy nose, blocked nose) etc. This problem has been for at least 15 years. Recently I came across a promising ayurvedic product called Breathe Eazy by Pankajakasthuri. It talks about solving all these issues and preventing from Delhi's pollution. I want to know if you are aware of any side effects or heard something else for this product.

From 2 3 days inner side of my right ear itching And there is in wax both ears .. I use earphones only in right ear Can I use Cipla's Clear wax ? Thank you !
