Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Sir, i Recently see some swell type on thorat and Few months not feel Anything and Somedays ago fever but 1 days Recover and Every time when Swollling I feel Mucus and I don't know from which days I feel this any Serious sir, i feel very Anxious

I have a ear issue where I feel there is something in my middle ear- a fluid or something and whenever I lay down with that ear upwards I hear a thumpimg or swirling sound in a muffled tone. I got it checked with the doctor amd there is no rupture in my eardrum. No wax buildup. There is slight pain these days around and in that ear. Please help me understand what it is.

My current problems are occasional fishy smell in nose...Kindly tell me what is there in the report and what is the treatment for the same(Non surgical treatment)

My partner had seasonal flu after which I developed coughing up phlegm. Now, it's been 12 days of nagging cough. I have mucus out only in the morning and very little for the entire day. But there is a constant urge for coughing along with a wheezing sound of the throat. Coughing urge increases on lying down more than sitting up straight. No sore throat or fever. Showed to an ENT yesterday who prescribed Azithral 500 once a day for 5 days and Kofflet syrup thrice per day. But still not getting much better, though, had a large amount of thick cough in the morning. Any suggestions.

I use my earphone alot almost 8 hours a day and now when I use it it hurts a little in future I will use my earphones in a limit but can my ears go back to normal?

My throat is feeling fullness, seem like pressure on my throat , also feeling heavyness, 3 months back I have taken laryngoscopy, report came back normal study , and recently i have take 70 degree throat endoscopy, report reveal Lymphoid hyperplasia please advice what shall I do to get better of my problem

There are 3 dots or minute pimples types that I can see, is this normal? I'm an ex smoker (quit since 3 months) but I have seen these dots over 6 months, they come and go. There's very slight burning on that side of cheek(full cheek- not that place exactly) I sleep on that side of the of the face as well. Can you please suggest me.

My mother is diagnosed with labyrinthitis in right ear with mild hearing loss. She is having quiet frequent episodes of vertigo and weakness for 3 weeks. How long does it take to recover from labyrinthitis? Why vertigo is keeping on coming back every 2-3 days

Hello Doctor, I am having problem inside my mouth, in the corner of my one side of mouth has irritations and I notice by seeing that little bit having redness in the teeth corner area and tongue corner area with zig zag surface of toung. Please advise. TIA
