Sir,
Today morning after wake up I found black tiny dot on my tongue and in evening when i used scraper it goes. What is the reason sir? Why it appears??plz reply

I think it appeared only today,and it disappeared when you scrapped off,so hopefully nothing to worry.
Next time if you felt like that do take a picture of it,and it will be better to discuss
