I have some tiny nodes on right side of tongue without pain. No problem in eating and speaking. Feels accuward and some constant irritation on tongue. Sometimes little pain in ear. Sometimes neck stiffness and pain on right side of neck and head. Feels like nervous pain.
Disc degeneration was diagnosed before 15 years and that problem is also diagnosed in upper part of spine.

Based on your description, the tiny nodules on the tongue are commonly benign (normal papillae/irritation). At present there are no alarming features, so conservative care like good hydration, avoiding spicy foods, and maintaining oral hygiene is advised. However, if you notice increase in size, persistent pain, ulceration, bleeding, difficulty in swallowing/speaking, or symptoms lasting beyond 2–3 weeks, please get an ENT examination for detailed assessment.

The tiny nodes on the tongue are normal, sometimes due to allergic conditions or other reasons it might become slightly evident.
But please do closely monitor for increase in size or number of the nodes or associated with pain or bleeding (if nothing, nothing to worry)
Chlorhexidine mouth wash daily twice will be helpful for tongue irritation
Better to show your doctor in person for better understanding of your problem
Neck pain could be a referred pain due to disc issues
