Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

So, since few months, i have observed that, on the bony protrusion behind our ear(mastoid process i suppose), on the right side of my head, when I palpate the protruding bone with a single finger, i feel there to be some kind of mass which feels rubbery, movable and a size of a single yellow dal/lentil. It doesn't pain or anything, but I am generally worried if that is something sinister. I am attaching a drawn image to pinpoint exact location, it cannot be seem superficially unless I palpate it/no lump i meant. Can this be a lymph node? I want to get it checked by a doctor, but due to me not being able to register with NHS(as i am in Uk), not able to get an appointment. Please guide me. This makes me anxious sometimes. Thank you!

Getting throat itnchness,dryness,head ache if i don't sneeze atleast once in a morning im getting throat itnchness daily since 1y especially afternoon after launch also i noticed that if i don't sleep at afternoon also it's causing that please give me solution I'm tired of this if i don't sneeze getting throat pain,dryness ,head ache

I have 2 different types of spot on right side of tounge. One is from last 6 months and other one I don't know. It is not painful but sometimes I think something dull pin pain and little itching on right side and back side of tounge, i don't know whether it is an illusion. I don't have any habit. I am attaching my both spots of tounge please check and reply whether it is normal or something else.

I am sharing my nasal endoscopy please suggest me if any problem is there in nasal endoscopy. I feel suffocation. Septoplasty and Turbinoplasty was done last year in July .This nasal endoscopy is latest one.

I had breathiing issue , on tests was found that eosinophills high -16(6 being normal value) and ige also very high so dr. gave me fluticasone spray and montek but after that still problem was there so dr. recomended surgery ( septoplasty and adenoidectomy) but after surgery its 3 months but stll there is breathing problem , after surgery dr gave me ( montek -60 days and benzocide forte -23 days) but stll there is problem so what should be done should i again use fluticasone spray.

Hi sir I am feeling difficulty in swallowing when since 2 days. not every time I face this problem, but when I supposed to finish my dinner at end I feel to apply force 2 times to swallow. other wise I have no issue in swallowing other times my endoscopy is also normal which was done 1 month ago to diagnose cause of acidity but my gastro physician told me there is no need to wory and you don't have GERD I don't have any symptom of acidity or GERD  now but I am unable to swallow at dinner ending phase please help me

After Covid- 5 months ago- I've had a very mild nasal congestion alternating between left and right nostril. I was also diagnosed with Vertigo (BpVv). Immediately After a flight last month.. started experiencing rhythmic sound in my ear. Going on for 4 and a half week.. did pure tone auditory and tympanometry which showed fluid in both ears and very mild hearing loss. I am having 8 mg in the morning and 8mg Vertin at night for my vertigo but it gets worse when I have congestion. After steam and doing facial exercises- with a lot of difficulty I get thick clear mucous post nasal drip.. my congestion and tinnitus gets better when. I don't use AC. I get facial pain in my forehead (between eyes, cheeks and jaws near teeth area) Valsavar manoeuvre is not working... to drain the fluid. Doing steam inhalation everyday.

I'm having throat pain since 2-3 days and tiny sores/ bump like things in the back of my throat. Blisters on the tip of tongue. Not getting taste of food and difficulty swallowing.

Dear doctor, When I was looked in mirror I saw few buds at the end of the tongue without pain from last 6 months. I just want to know is normal or its curable. Please suggest any medicine if required. Thank you...

My left posterior triangle lymph node 5b measures 10.5mm x 4.2 mm is it normal ? I had pain and can feel it when touching but after taking antibiotics it has reduced in size and no pain but still i can feel it when i touch is it normal And is 4.2mm the short axis diameter of lymphnode ? Doctor say my lymphnode is reactive and enlarged I have chronic tonsils and bleeding gums my gums stopped bleeding after taking antibiotics I am very worried as google says it can be serious I had no fever or any other symptoms i am very anxious and cannot sleep at night Your reply will be appreciated
