Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have a cold and cough from last week , i feel a cough while breathing , my previous consultation with the doctor has given me cough Syrup Piriton but was not getting me better Having chest congestion, dry cough due to flu Plz suggest medicine to get relief ASAP

Since feb this year my hearing in left year deteriorating. Checked with many doctors and conduct PTA, typhonometry and MRI cp angle. PTA score 26.6 in left year, MRI normal and typhonometry also normal. See attached report. I had also gone through streroid therapy but after intial improvement again the issue recurred in july, doc did MRI and gave me absolute 3g, aquazade and flocep nasal drop. Can anyone please please help me and let me know if my hearing will be normal again and also suggest what kind of disease i am facing.

I have LPR reflux past 8 years on off when it kicks in its just kill me with pain in throat now i am at the peak of the pain past 7 months my pain is everyday i have throat neck pain only LEFT SIDE OF MY THROAT. the pain is so severe that i m not able to communicate more than 10mins. If i scream i just sit down holding my throat so much pain. Am i gonna die? Pls help me ...my ent is just tell me to do excercise and give me PPI it doesn't work now. Help pls help i dont wanna die

Can I apply prilox or lox 2% gel before ear piercing for my 11month baby ?how many mins before I have to apply for my baby?will it cause any side effect in babies ear?like swelling or itching?
