Lot of dreams when sleeping Nasal congestion from long time whish worsens when sleeping Snoring in nose with less noise No mouth snoring Wake up suddenly with fear and sweat and high hear beat last night I have anexity and stress googling my symptoms and worrying a lot I tested diabetes after eating it is 255 mgdl Breathing difficult sometimes when trying to sleep

Respected doctor, wanted to have an opinion as to whether medicine is working or not for my sore throat. Today is my 2nd antibiotic day of levofloxacin 500 & is supposed to take it for the next 3 days. Currently, I feel very Minor improvement but i have attached two pictures which are of yesterday's throat condition and present throat condition.
