Lingual frenulum is swollen for 10 months but suddenly slight pain occurs what condition is possible and what should I do

Its been 55 days since my septoplasty and adenoidectomy , i got it done from dr r balaji , chennai , apollo, . my question is can i start going to the gym now and perform  strenous exercises as i earlier used to perform ,if not when should or can i perform exercises and go to gym.

I am a 39 year old male having blocked nose and throat irritation. No fever or body pains. Any tablets that can be used to free up by blocked nose and sore throat.

I have a painless tounge white spot on right side of tounge totally painless from last 6 months. I have gone to 2-3 ent doctor and no one prescribed any test and give b12 capsule. Please help.

The day before yesterday felt little fever with throat pain(At night had chilled water) was on complete rest whole day feeling too sleepy and ate almost nothing Taken medicine over the counter,  next day with no fever but throat pain, in evening noticed white patches in throat, did gargle with luke warm water and rock salt Today again after 30 mins of workout having 100.5 temp

I have been having difficulties while breathing through nose. I also wake up with a sore throat probably because I have been breathing through my mouth while sleeping.

I had a fever around 100.2 and body ache for 2 days. But after taking dolo 650 once a day, I felt better. But it has been 5 days and I still have throat pain and dry cough at night. What medicines should I take for it? I'm taking Asthakind syrup for cough at night and feel better.
