Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I'm saranya from tirupati and my age is 34, I'm severely suffering with tongue problem like burning sensation and frequent bumps on back of my tongue which are inflammable and tongue is lite yellow color, and small bump near foliate papillae which causing severe pain and not able to eat, talk. Frequent different tongue issues. I need permanent solution. So please suggest me.thank u docs.

Sir always cough present in mouth, runny nose ,constipation problem,sleeping problem are there my sleep does not complete problem I feel fatigue always

I have constant mucous in my throat so I have to spit again and again. I think it is post nasal drip. Can this be cured?

I had a fever last month, after that my throat is red and sometimes I have throat pain in one side especially in tonsil, some time it feel like itchy, some time normal. I too have ear discomfort same side for the last month.

I have a painless tounge white spot on right side of tounge totally painless from last 6 months and I have no other symptoms it is from last 6 months. I have gone to doctor and they said nothing is serious. I am attaching my 2 picture of tounge please check and confirm whether it is normal or something else.

My 20 month old son has tonsil enlargement and breathing trouble during night. Our paediatrician has prescribed budecort 0.5 for 3 times a day . Since my son is new to nebulizer he is yelling like anything during the process. He was so scared for the mask so we are using the mouth piece during the process . Is it ok to use to the mouth piece? Will the medicine have its effect when the baby is yelling and crying ?

Since yesterday ,I have not been able to speak a sentence because of Hoarseness and my throat is also dried when i try to speak . What is the problem of it , should i take Laryngoscopy.
