Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I had BPPV  vertigo attack on 20 days ago. symptoms subsides after 3days. I didn't take any medicines at that time, recently i have consulted ENT specialist as per instructions by my Psychiatrist. ENT gave me medicines for 5days. vertin 8 vertizac methylcobalamin 1500 mcg can I take these medicines as I dont have any vertigo symptoms. exercise not advised by ENT. I am taking amitriptyline 25mg and lonazep.0.5 after for anxiety and sleep disorder

After a fever for the last one month I have been facing a sore throat and ear pain one side. And i have pain in my neck in the same side. But sometimes throat feels like itchy or sometimes it's like tickling and sometimes normal. My throat is look like read for the last month. Why it's so? Is otosclerosis found in tympanometry. I have only one loss at 4k frequencies there is 35-40 db. Please tell me that otosclerosis is found in tympanometry

At 4k frequencies there is 35-40 db. Is this a hearing loss? If it is then it makes sense neural  or conductive hearing loss. Rest everything is normal. Plese help me

Every night my right nose gets blocked there is no mucus, no post nasal drops and also i get this sinus pressure like pain only on the right side. In the daytime I have no issues only at night. Should I worry?

Symtoms 1. feel like i am falling or loosing control while walking or when in crowded places. I try to calm myself by stopping 2 wheeler but then suddenly i feel i am loosing control and starts random action with my hands 2. sometimes while travelling in bus I feel like i am flying and i starts clenching fist tightely 3. while resting on bed or sleeping suddenly it feels like my head goes into a loop and suddenly I start rotaing my arms. It some times feel like its all sound driven but i feel ok in marriages where we have DJ. please guide me what is this problem,with whom i can contact and is this curable

I am a breast feeding mother.my baby is 2months old.I have stuffy nose sore throat from last 4days .can I take sumo cold and novaclav.625 medicines.are they safe for my baby

If i dont sneeze at morning atleast 1 times ,i felt nasal dryness,head ache, something struck in nasal , throat itnchness in afternoon regularly i might have gastric reflux too as i get throat itnchness daily after afternoon launch please i need treatment i don't have discharge from nasal or anything i m all fine don't have cold i m getting this from 1y

Actually 6 months back wisdom tooth got removed. Right side jaw causing swelling and redness on face and discomfort. Since few months onwards considering ent surgeon and dentist. But no use at all. Horrible swelling and pain around ears.
