Tinnitus treatment

Is there any treatment that could be effective to diminish the intensity of a tinnitus caused (probable cause not certain) by a mild loss of hearing (very mild and non specific, consistent with my age). MRI shows non specific signs of labyrinths inflammation, but I never experienced vertigo. Another cause could be Advil and Doxy medications taken at the time when the tinnitus first happened, stress could also be a reason. Hearing aids do help to cover the sounds of tinnitus, gingko does not seem to help. Thanks

Persistent symptoms

I suffer from allergic rhinitis inclusive of scratchy throat with sticky thin mucus almost every day. Doctor suggested levocetrizine which helps but i am not sure how long i can take it?? Because as soon as I stop within a day, symptoms return. I know the trigger factors but it cannot be avoided so medicine is the only help. How long can I take levocetrizine?? Or any drug that can be safely taken everyday to control the said symptoms.

Burnt my tongue

I've been having throat pain since yesterday, so I decided to try salt water gargling this morning. When I put the water in my mouth, it was very hot, and I burned my tongue, causing discomfort and pain.  Could you please recommend an ointment to put on the tongue to relieve pain and discomfort?

Adenoid hypertrophy

Hi My daughter who is 3.6 years old have chronic cold. continuous cold as a parent I don't have any idea why she is catching cold always and not at all recovering from that even after giving medicines. Doctors are telling cold is normal in children. but in YouTube i happened to see one pead video who is speaking about adenoid hypertrophy and it's symptoms. my daughter is having the same symptoms. she is struggling to breathe, breathing through her mouth, running and blocked nose always and drooling at night and sleep apnea and her mouth is always open. we cut down egg, milk, sweets, nuts but still no cure. our pead advised montair tablets for 30 days initially we saw some improvement but again she started getting the same symptoms. I am worried to see her struggle to sleep and breathe. please assist me.

Is this normal?

I have been having sore throat/post nasal drip issues since quite some time. While self assessing myself, i was touching the back of my ear. On the right side of the temporal bone, when i touch just the left side of the mastoid bump, where a depression like thing is there. It feels sore. Only when touched. Why can it be happening? I don't have congested nose, ears. Just post nasal drip mainly. Apart form that, I have soreness when i press below my ear(beside jaw bone) and open my mouth there's soreness. It's not on the TMJ joint but the depression area below ear. I had done blood tests all normal. Cbc, kft, lft, sugar, thyroid and lipid. I am really hoping this is not mastoiditis. :( I googled it and it showed me this. I am scared :( I had been to an ENT recently, i forgot to mention this issue as the primary issue was post nasal drip.
