Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My ears are clogged, but I dont have cold( no runny nose, or cough, not even stuffy nose) I do sneeze occasionally though. However, there is a bit of headache. Please let me know what I can do for relief..and what it can be

Hello dr For last one week suffering from throat congestion, soreness & pain and also chest tightness, no fever but feeling feverish and weakness I took Azee 500 od for five days and Naprosyn 500 and cofsils , idol exponent syrup Doing betadine gargale twice in a day But problem still persists like , thick sticky cough and dry khaasi . Pls advice further treatment or course of medication? Thanks in advance
