Cough and cold
I have a cough and a running nose with regular irritation in my throat.  Last night I had a 100 body temperature and intense head ache since last morning. Today my temperature is 98 but I have continuous head ache and running nose.

If it is watery fluid from nose, u are having a viral infection in all likelihood. U can try symptomatic treatment with antihistamines and paracetamol with adequate rest and hydration.
