Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi I'm feeling swelling sensation inside lower lips on both sides. there is no pain, redness or anything. The size was very much when I was using anti fungal cream for uti infection but now it's nearly disappeared and only feel it when I stretch my lower lips using my tongue. Attaching pics. Can someone explain what it is?

I have cold continuously for 3 months now. Daily morning when i wake up, i get some 10 sneezes continuously and immediately running nose. After i get out the mucus, i feel better for 2-3 hours but again mucus comes back when i start sneezing. This has been the pattern for the past 3-4 months before that I didn't have this problem. Need some help to check/confirm if ENT doctor can help me or should I consult some specialist . Thanks ...

I m having chronic sore throat, itnchness head ache daily since 1y i already questioned here about this many doctors were thought that it might be due to acid reflux also i m taking pantocid dsr,montic l since week but condition has not improved yet i think i m having nasal allergy, because i sleep at little bit dusty room if i don't sneeze in morning my head ache comes,throat itnchness is regular since 1y please help

I have had normal cold and runny nose for sometime. My right nostril is usually hard and seems to have more mass than the left nostril. Suddenly mucus started developing in the my right nostril and it hardened and solidified and I started picking it. I kept on picking it and it was bloody and it solidified everyday and I kept on picking it. Sometimes the mucus was hard, sometimes tissue like sometimes soft, and everytime I used to do I sneezed our watery mucus like substance. All this while my left nostril is healthy and normal without obstruction and can be touched and bent. But my night nostril is now swollen, sore, and my nose looks a bit crooked because of this swelling. Please help me, what are steps of cure/prevention and medicines which I should be following for recovery?

Sir, My left nostril remain clogged sometimes and when this happens couldn't be able to breathe as smoothly from it as i should. I feel as if my nose is stuffed with something. And specially when i lye down and put my left hand above my forehead i feel more hard to breathe from my left nostril. I also done the ECG to rule out any heart issue. I recently questioned here about my throat itnchness head ache daily since 1y many doctors were answers it might be due to gerd i m taking panto dsr,montic l since few days but nothing has been improved i had ls spine injury which shows that it's due to dehydration of body so is it might be due to dehydration of body? what's the solution of it also i took more than 30 different types of tablets to spine injury,kneee pain since 2021 so is it might be the reason too also is it possible due to allergy

I was having some throat irritation then I checked my mouth and saw white colour like behind tonsils .It has been now 4 days and some throat irritation is also there . I am also suffering from post nasal drip from 4 years Please help to know what it can be ?

I was having ear sudden sharp pain for a week that came and went within seconds once twice a day. From yesterday evening i have throat pain on right side while swallowing and the pain feels in ear too. Can i have azithral 500 course for it? It is at my home.

Sir/ mam does excessive fingering into nose cause enlargement of holes of nose. Pls reply me in general because I used to do it when I was 12-13years old??
