Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have a painless tounge white spot on right side of tounge totally painless from last 6 months and I have gone to 2 ent doctor and no one prescribed me any test and given multi vitamin tablets. I am attaching my tongue picture please let me know whether it is normal or something else.

I have sinus problem but my problem is dizziness after taking medicine is reduced but when I travel very small distance also I feel very dizzy when I get down it takes 15min to become normal

If my hearing audiometry is normal then there is a chance of otosclerosis?. Which ct I have to do so that I find the infection gone to the brain or not. Is impedance necessary for checking tinitus. If everything is normal then why Tinitus occur? Tmj is normal, air easy passes from nose to ear on valsava. Then why tinius happening

I feel so hard when i touch my neck on my right side below and behind the ear. Is it normal or a muscle strain?

My husband has been having snoring problem since many years.. He works in shift and sleeps at abnormal times.. Any time he sleeps starts snoring.. Sometimes he will have one side nasal blockage. Can this be treated. Is there any home remedy

I am not able to consume any mildly cool or cold foods at all even during summers. Doing so gives me  sore throat, runny and blocked nose, mild fever (sometimes), weakness, etc. The symptoms have worsened after I contracted (and successfully recovered from) covid a year back. Prior to getting covid I could consume cold stuff once in a while without any health implications. My sister has similar issues with cold foods and drinks. Could it be genetic? Is there any preventive treatment/supplement that I could take to resolve this?( Not looking for relief and curative suggestions)
