Tounge tie
My son 9 year old and he has tounge tie but he is doing all normal active like Clear speech good in study and normal weight and good sleep  all parameters are normal in his childhood he has no problem in breastfeeding . Please guide after that all.normal surgery require Naresh.

If he does not have a lisp in his speech(तोतलापन), then he does not need any surgery. If he does however, he will need Tongue Tie Release Surgery followed by intensive Speech Therapy.

Good morning If u feel he is having normal speech and swallowing activities Then follow only speech therapy fro assessment and can be left like that only
