Uvula touching my tounge
I feel that uvula is touching my tounge I feel something is hanging at back of my mouth and it is touching my tounge which creates issues in my talking.

Picture of your oral cavity is essential to comment on this.  Your uvula might be bigger because of seasonal allergies to grass or pollen. Or the swelling might be because of dust or pet dander. Certain foods, such as milk, peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, and eggs, can cause allergic reactions, too.
Next Steps
Uvulitis may get better on its own without medicines. Antibiotics to treat an infection. Steroids to reduce swelling of the uvula.

Can u show it on a video then will be able to comment better. It may be u uvular oedema may be due to some allergy.
