I want to repeat mt question . My brother can not speak he is from birth speechless . he is not deaf . and we already done his hearing tests it was normal . . He also can not move tongue properly like normal person and he has a little bit chewing problem also . So does tongue problem cause to someone can not speak ?

Good morning If hearing is normal post investigations Speech problem needs to be evaluated whether it is muscular problem or neurological Kindly take ENT consultation and neurological consultation f/b if needed speech therapy
