Discomfort in throat

Asked for Female, 34 Years

It's been almost a year since I first noticed this discoloration inside my mouth. My throat always feels sore in the morning, so I checked in the mirror and saw this. I feel mild discomfort on that side and yellow discoloration on the back roof of my mouth. I'm not smoking, have no bad habits, and don't drink tea or coffee. However, I have GERD, a snoring problem, mouth breathing, and I bite my tongue while sleeping, and now this scares me.
