What are the early pre-cancerous/stage 1 symptoms of Nasopharyngeal Cancer(NPC)? Can anyone tell me ?

After a fever for the last one month I have been facing a sore throat and ear pain one side. And i have pain in my neck in the same side. But sometimes throat feels like itchy or sometimes it's like tickling and sometimes normal. My throat is look like read for the last month. Why it's so ? How long it will last?

Hello I have been suffering from breathing issue from last 2 year . My one side nose blocks completely and after few hour it switches to other side . All my reports are normal . What might be the reason for this ?

Hello, I am  23years old male from Hyderabad.I have been facing throat pain and ear pain since January. I consulted doctors as well.They gave antibiotics for my problem. At the time of usage of medicines, My throat was ok. After completion of course again I am facing throat pain and ear pain. The throat inside has become red. I stopped taking alcohol and quit smoking since January.I also stopped eating outside food. I am literally worried so much about this.Could you please look into this problem and give some suggestions!

Its been 40 days since my septo/rhinoplasty. I can breathe freely from both nostrils. However i snore a lot in the night and back of my nose feels wierd when blowing. Is my nose still healing ?or does the snoring go away after sometime? I have another appointment with the surgeon in 15 days.

Recently Stapedotomy surgery was done in my left ear. What's the restriction for exercise after Stapedotomy? After how long will I be able to jogging/running/stretching etc?
