Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My girlfriend's nose bleed on whenever she gets headache/migraine and doesn't seem to stop. What could we do to stop it or cure it.

During Flu i took Levocetrazine to control running nose. Now there is phelm stuck inside my nose, it won't come out even after inhaling decongestives. I cannot smells things like before. Some products (cream / breads) smell very wierd. I also feel more cold than others in the room. Pls advise.
