Can't hear above 14kHz from the left ear
I took chymoral forte and zerodol sp along with panD for the hand injury. I started taking since yesterday but forgot to take Pan D in the morning today. But I have taken the other two medicines as prescribed. And now after 8 hours of taking medicines. I feel somehow numb on the left side of my ear and can't listen above 14000 Hz from the left ear but can hear till 18000 Hz from the right. Can it be due to medicines side effects? Other conditions-- already have piles since 6 months .

Hand injury and hearing defect is not related. Kindly do a audiometry test for better evaluation.
