Hello Doctor, From 4days my right is blocked and I can't hear anything from right ear and also sound is coming from ear like light cooker whistle ..it's disturbing me a lot and am not able hear anything from right eye please help me with this..

it can be either due to wax collection or eustachian tube blockage resulting in tinnitus,blockage and hearing loss. Do u have  cold?  if u have wax complaints use soliwax ear drops . if u have cold use tab. cetrizine 10 mg for 4 days. revert back.
