Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

For one week I have been running nose it stopped for few days and now started again. My mucus is green colour now. Please recommend remedies

I got boils in my throat and i am unable to drink water even. What are the reasons and cure for this issue. I feel like having wound in my throat.can see boils on my tongue even. Facing this issue from 20-25 days.

Most of the time my tongue color remains white in upper side near to throat , i brush daily, using Mouthwash sometimes and use tongue cleaner as well but still this whiteness dont go. What can be issue

Actually i was having Irritation on the thorat in the left side it was their for 2months Then after that burning sensation was started  in the left side of the tonsils area still having and irritation also Then now it has came to the tounge But on the  tounge ite not burning Its having irritation on from the left side of the corner to  Straight

Frequently bumps on tongue on circum papillae, sometimes on fungi form area, some times on filiform, inflammation in dorsal area, a bump on area of  foliate papillae causing severe pain and not able eat talk and swallow. Feeling breathing issue echo is normal chest xray is normal consulted ENT doctor physically as well he said everything is normal I don't know what is this that I am having this breathing issue

Hi, my father had undergone surgery for Nasal polyps as he has multiple symptoms like difficulty in swallowing and chin area became white and patchy .. He has been stalling that for years now and finally got it done on Aug 2022 .. He is suffering from cough now which just doesn't go away whatsoever have consulted 3 different ENT surgeons and one pulmonologist got tests done everything is normal ... All the doctors say he needs revision surgery and doesn't guarantee the recurrence he is very clean and always follows doctors instructions religiously. We are stuck in this badly and request help to get out of this
