Ita been 2 months post septoplasty i got it done from dr r balaji , chennai apollo ,but still there is issue in breathing, is it due to swelling , if yes how long will it takw for swellings to completely go, or is it due to enlarged turbinates , before the surgery i did not have any enlarged turbinates , i have been uaing saline spray regularly. can turbinates enlarge as a side effect of septoplasty

Inflation at back of throat on one side. Been a week. Needs medicine for the same. Azithromycin already taking once a day.

Is baloon sinusplasty is helpful when there is exceesive mucus goes form nose to ear but nose is celared. Feeling of tightness or obstruction is the nasal passage due to which I feel tightness in ear. What is this it's nasal cavity blocked or eustachian tube boocked. I didn't understand doc said me it's EUSTACHAIN tybe but EUSTACHAIN tybe is normal so it is baloon sinusplasty?

After walking up in the morning and after lying down for sometime from bed. I feel unsteady and dizzy. I have a vestibular lesion in my ear.is the unsteafiness and dizxiness is due to that? I have no loss of hearing just a mild pain in cold environment

Whenever i lift heavy weight there is a sudden mild pain in my ear and a mild dizziness. It also happens whenever i travel in an cold environment or in an ac transport..But the pain happens only in these circumstances else its absolutely fine..i performed an Eng test there was peripheral vestibular lesion..please tell me is it due to the vestibular lesion and if yes how can i stop
